IMPORTANT NOTE: This cruise departs from Barcelona, Spain. Each passenger is required to have a valid U.S. passport that does not expire before the end of January 2028.

TRAVEL DATES: Although the cruise sail dates are July 11-18, 2027, please plan to arrive in Barcelona, Spain at least one day in advance of the cruise departure date so that flight delays or cancelations do not intefere with on-time arrival at the Barcelona cruise port.

BE SURE TO: Book using your name spelled exactly as it is on your passport. No nicknames. Please remember to check that your passport expiration does not expire before six months after the end date of the sailing (for this sailing, that is the end of January 2028).

You will have the option to pay a 20% deposit OR you can pay in full to confirm your booking.

All cabins are based on current market rates. The options you select determine the promotions/perks you receive.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CRUISE PRICE:

  • Service Gratuities (Tips onboard for meals and drinks ARE included in the cruise fare; however, Service Gratuities are not)

  • Meals/Tips at cruise ports

  • Pre-cruise & Post Cruise Meals/Tips in Barcelona

  • Beverages not included in cruise fare (you have the option to add a Bar Tab to your booking). The only beverages included in the cruise fare are water, soda, and non pressed juices. To assist you in calculating your Bar tab, please note that beer, wine, and cocktails range between $6-$14.

TRAVEL PROTECTION:

Purchasing travel protection is strongly encouraged.

Allianz is another option for travel insurance. If you are interested in that option, please email us to request a quote.

 It is the responsibility of the traveler to review and understand travel protection options and policies and to choose the coverage you may need. If you choose to decline or not purchase travel protection or travel insurance coverage, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel.

FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE:

Final payment is due is March 6, 2027. NO EXCEPTIONS & NO EXTENSIONS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The following cancellation policies are outlined on Virgin Voyages website. Please also read your cruise contract and cancellation information thoroughly when making your booking:

Please note, the following cancellation policy is only eligible with our Suites, Essential fare, and Premium fare options. Lock-it-in Rates and our Base fare options are non-refundable.

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

- After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

- From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:

  • Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
  • Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.
  • Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.
  • Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.   

- At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.

Note: the date of departure means the date the arrangements you have booked through us start.  So if you booked a flight or hotel add-on to your Voyage, it is the day the first add-on begins.  Conversely, It may be your Voyage sail date if that is the only thing you booked with us.  The sail date is the date the ship, on the Voyage portion of your holiday, departs the port of embarkation.
